Interests of Partnership and Collaboration
HDI is open for partnership and collaboration in areas of its focus programs with specific interests in:
1. Livelihood support initiatives and poverty reduction interventions, income and employment creation opportunity projects as well as sustainable development project for the poor households
2. Promotion of the primary healthcare (PHC), reproductive health and nutrition services with special focus on mainly mother and children as well as the rehabilitation and support programs to strengthen the water sources and sanitation facilities for the local communities with special focus on communities at remote arid areas as well as the vulnerable residents in urban villages.
3. Engage in and support both formal and informal educational programs with special focus on the establishment of Technical Vocational Education Centers (TVECs) with special target on youth and women groups.
4. Engage in capacity development programs for the local institutions such as: local administrations, schools, CBOs and the local communities at large on the issues of the environmental conservations, disaster management, GBV through IEC awareness programs as well as food security and livelihood related issues.
5. Environmental protection and climate change awareness issues.
6. Monitoring and evaluation of the short- and long-term projects/ programs
7. Gender and protection programming including human right advocacy and in particular women leadership
